Astra Sea Speed Tin-Free SPC
Astra Sea Speed is an advanced hybrid, low-friction, self-polishing copolymer (SPC) antifouling. Its high performance technology is comprised of high solids with insoluble modified hybrid sil acrylate and rosin Si-polymer pyrithion. With its high-strength A/F technology, Astra Sea Speed is designed for vessels with a 5-year service period undergoing heavy fouling, long-range service, and travelling at medium to high speeds. Astra Sea Speed Tin-Free is certified to comply with DNV-GL Approval for Antifouling Systems on ships. Astra Sea Speed can also be applied on naval vessels, coastal cruisers, and deep sea ocean vessels, where longer static conditions arise. Expected service life ranges from 60 to 90 months, providing excellent performance and substantial savings to operators. Displays very good compatibility with various well known manufacturers.
Focused on maintaining speed Astra Sea Speed should be used on higher speed and wide range vessels operating on worldwide routes. For application at newbuilding or maintenance. Suitable protection on hull under all fouling conditions. Highly durable up to 90 months of service.
